RETURN POLICY
- In order to protect your rights, please check the goods condition immediately right after receiving the item. If there is any questions, please contact us to arrange a replacement. There shall be NO returns or exchanges after item is received for more than 24 hours
- If there is product defects due to the delivery process, please report it directly to the delivery staff, please take a photo to protect your rights and interests, and contact our customer service immediately.
- Web products may use different brands and different screen resolutions, as a result a slight difference between the color of the picture and the actual product. There would be deviation in color of the actual product from the photo in our online platform, it is due to different sources of product photo and different screen setting of user ’s electronic devices.

- If you have any questions, please contact us, we will deal with you as soon as possible. We will arrange staff to retrieve the goods at your address as soon as possible after your contact. Note that you must keep the goods in a complete package. After confirming that the goods are correct, we will immediately handle the refund procedure for you and remit the required refund amount to your designated bank account.

No return or exchange under the following circumstances
- Received item more than 14 days.
- Once opened and used, it cannot be returned.
- Delivery schedule, invoices, gifts, product-related accessories, etc. are not completed.
- Commodities are damaged or deteriorated, package is incomplete due to human factors.
- Those who send the goods back by themselves for unknown reasons.
- Goods that cannot be returned or exchanged have been specified during the sale.
